Why only 20 conversations?

This bug happens sometimes when the LinkedIn connection break during onboarding

Some users have reported an issue of seeing only 20 conversations or contacts after their first try using Poked. The reason is that the initial Poked-LinkedIn connection which brings in all your contacts and conversation (the "full sync") could have been lost.

If that's you, here is how to fix it:

1. Go to your Poked account's Settings

2. Click on "Full sync"

3. ⚠️ Keep Poked opened while the sync happens

After a few minutes (depending on the size of your LinkedIn account), all the contacts and conversations should be imported and ready for you to play with.
